Refund policy

At SOULVOID, we aim to deliver premium quality products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With tags intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed products
• Items bought on sale/discount (unless damaged)

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return:
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

🔄 Exchange

• Size exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability)

📦 Damaged/Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
